DYLAN-YOUNG- Two Iconic Voices-One Stage
BOB DYLAN
There is perhaps no more influential, profound, or enigmatic songwriter in history than Bob Dylan. His songs of love, loss, introspection and social commentary comprise the soundtrack of his generation. Gary Solomon, lifelong musician and Dylan fan, presents a performance of both well-known and obscure tunes from Dylan's legendary catalog.
Solomon pares down the production to the fundamental singer-songwriter format, from which most of these songs sprung, allowing Dylan's compelling lyrics and beautiful melodies to flow, direct and unadorned.
NEIL YOUNG
Imagine it's 1970 and you're watching Neil Young perform his acoustic show at The Bitter End in the Village, The Cellar Door in Georgetown, or at Massey Hall, in Toronto, sometime in '71, Neil’s music is timeless and generational bur still relevant for all ages.
For the last 15 years, Briz has been performing his Neil Young tribute show, “Shakey” at venues around the country. In addition to the music, Briz includes narratives about the songs and a "Journey Through the Past" of Neil's amazing career.
